Flotholt serves as a ritual of hope in challenging times. Debuting in 2022 to celebrate the Sigur Rós World Tour aptly named after the Icelandic word for a lifeguard ring used for rescuing people from drowning. This fresh yet mysterious scent is inspired by the boundless ocean with its cold, dark and wild expanse. Each fragrance is hand-crafted and wrapped in a cotton bandana illustrated by Ingibjörg Birgisdottir.

Fischersund is a family-run artistic brand based in Iceland, blending scent, art, and nature into a unique sensory experience. Founded by siblings Jónsi – of Sigur Rós – Lilja, Ingibjörg, Sigurrós and run with their partners Sindri and Kjartan, the fragrance brand operates from a historic black house at Fischersund 3, formerly Jónsi's music studio. The creative hub now houses a perfumery where vegan fragrances are handcrafted using Icelandic herbs and oils sustainably harvested from the wild. The brand’s ‘nose’, Jónsi, followed his passion for perfumery to teach himself the craft, blending his love for music with inspirations from art and nature.
