Please note that delivery timeframes are indicative only.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed, with all shipments originating from Auckland, Aotearoa (New Zealand). During busy periods, please allow extra time for order processing.

Our domestic couriers estimate that packages will arrive within 2-3 days for the North Island and 3-5 days for the South Island, Waiheke, and Great Barrier Island (Aotea). Keep in mind that these are estimates and may vary at the discretion of our couriers.

For the safety of your items, all packages that require a signature upon delivery will have that requirement enforced. If you are unavailable to receive your package, a card will be left for you, indicating where your parcel can be collected.

We offer Rural Delivery; however, please be aware that an additional charge applies. This fee will be estimated and displayed in your cart at checkout.

Non-signature parcels are sent at the buyer's risk. Please ensure that your courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you are not home to receive it in person. By selecting a non-signature service, you acknowledge that parcel leave authority has been provided to the carrier. Unfortunately, neither Handcrafted Modern nor the carrier can provide refunds or replacements for goods that are lost, damaged, or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our couriers containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

All New Zealand orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand using NZ Post Courier.

All Australian orders are sent via NZ Post Courier & Australia Post Express.
