Our pieces are handmade, vintage, or limited-edition. Natural variations—including small imperfections—are part of their character, not considered faults.

4. Pricing & Currency

All pricing is listed in NZD. Currency conversion may occur at checkout for international customers. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer store credit or exchange within 7 days on eligible items. We do not refund for change of mind on limited-run pieces. Faulty items will be refunded if they cannot be replaced. See our .

Gift cards are issued in NZD and do not expire. Balances are stored in NZD and may not be exchanged for cash. See our .
