At Handcrafted Modern, we curate and create meaningful, lasting pieces — many of which are handcrafted in small runs or are one-of-a-kind. These are objects to be treasured: made with integrity, intended to endure.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty and we’re unable to offer a replacement or suitable alternative, we’ll happily issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any tags or packaging.
Please note:
- Discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Handmade Integrity
Many of our items are handmade — they may carry natural variations, from a fingerprint in the glaze to a brushstroke or soft irregularity. These details are a reflection of the maker’s hand and not considered faults.
We encourage you to read each product description carefully. If you're unsure about an item, please reach out — we're here to help before you buy.
Our Promise
If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assess your return request with care and in good faith. If an item is confirmed as faulty and cannot be replaced, we’ll offer a refund or alternative wherever possible.
Returns Process
To begin a return, please contact us at SHOP@HANDCRAFTEDMODERN.CO with your order number and reason for return. We recommend tracked shipping and reusing our sustainable packaging whenever possible.
Please retain your proof of purchase — all returns require it.
