Description
This organic variety has really great flavor. Sow in trays in early spring or late summer (to avoid the hottest part of the year). When the seedlings reach about 10cm tall, transplant the strongest ones 30cm apart, composting the weaker seedlings.
Celery thrives in rich, moist soil and full sun, but be mindful—if it gets too hot, it may bolt. Keep the soil well-watered to ensure juicy stalks. Harvest individual stalks by twisting carefully at the base to remove the outer ones.
