Partners in life and craft, Matthew and Natalie Kanbergs founded TU·ET·AL as an expression of their deep reverence for plants, wellness, and the natural world. With a background in herbalism and plant cultivation, their journey began in a small New York City apartment filled with greenery—and a resolve to remove synthetics from their lives. It deepened when they relocated to a cabin in the Catskills after the birth of their son, seeking a slower, more intentional rhythm.
Inspired by Taoism, alchemy, and traditional plant medicine, TU·ET·AL’s cold-pressed soaps, liquid washes, and natural skincare are formulated to reconnect us to the healing power of nature.
