Brushware Crafted by Skilled Hands, Rooted in Tradition.
Founded in 1870 in Stockholm, Iris Hantverk began as a workshop for visually impaired craftsmen, preserving the traditional Swedish brush binding craft. Today, this collective of gifted artisans continues the legacy—handmaking each brush with exceptional skill and care using natural materials.
More than functional tools, Iris Hantverk brushes are a testament to material integrity and human connection. Each piece carries the tactile beauty of hand-drawn craftsmanship, a bridge between the makers’ hands and yours.

Brushmaking techniques dating back to the 19th century are at the forefront of Iris Hantverks core values.
